1. What are the Museum’s operating hours?

The Royal Press is open daily, Monday to Thursday, 9am to 6pm, and Friday to Sunday, 9am to 9pm.

2. What is the Museum’s admission price?

General admission to the Museum is RM15 for Malaysians, RM25 for non-Malaysians, and half price for children below age 12 & senior citizen above age 60.

3. Are there any special packages or ticket discounts for tour and/or student groups?

Yes, we do. Please email us at info@theroyalpress.my for more information.

4. How long should I allow for a visit?

The guided tours take approximately 45 minutes to an hour.

5. Do you offer the guided tour in foreign languages or dialects?

Yes, the tours are offered in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien, Bahasa Malaysia and French.

6. Is your Museum stroller and/or wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately not, due to space limitations.

7. How do I get to the Museum?

The Royal Press is located along Jonker Street at 29, Jalan Hang Jebat. It’s within walking distance if you’re staying within the city or you may opt for public transportation, e-hailing services or even take a trishaw ride.

8. Is there parking nearby?

Yes, you can find parking bays along the street and public parking lots around the city.
